Shoot me for not updating.. but then, who cares?

Hiya! How long has it been?

I've been meaning to update. Lotsa things happened since the last entry. Like our 1st hari raya in a new house and how I had a bitch fit with a senile maid agency boss on hari raya morning. Yea, what a great start. Like no kidding, I was literally screaming down the phone when she repeatedly argued she didn't confirm sending down a maid, which she did barely 12 hours ago (ie. the night before)! Our house was in a horrid mess coz wan did last minute drillings. And for a moment there I really thought I had gone insane, like what? Did I speak to her the night before in my dreams? But of course, bless my Nokia, there it was a record of the call. Haven't been getting her service since.

And speaking of house, I've been meaning to post pictures of our hari raya open house and also our (almost) completed home. In the next entry perhaps. And btw, that's prolly the 1st and last open house we're having.. Haha. Anyway I was pretty happy with the turn-out altho only 60 out of 100 invited came. I cooked 5kg rice, 15kg chicken, 3kg beef, 10 packets of kway teow and sides, cakes contributed by mil and Faeizah.. all finished! Wan's aunties especially were surprised I could cook well.. haha. Some even approached mil to dig out my secret ingredients. Ayway, we really appreciated both our families dropping by very early to help and that so many relatives prayed at our hse.. such a blessing :)

What else? Hmm, someone's moving in with us. Not confirm yet but yeah, there's a possibility. Well goodbye to peace and serenity..haha.

I've started a new exercise routine with kickboxing. Been doing 3x-4x a week at home at no cost at all.. Hehe. Downloaded lots of Billy Blanks Tae Bo from youtube and love it! Feels good sweating out but sadly no improvements watsoever with the weight *sigh* and it even went up after last weekend binging. Speaking of which, last weekend we celebrated our 2nd anniversary with a spur-of-the moment shopping escape to the-land-of-halal-food. I was so looking forward to it until that dreaded thing made an ugly appearance the night we were supposed to leave. Totally dampened my mood.

Our so-called 'Executive Premier'' stay at the hotel wasn't great at all. The only plus point, it was just opposite the latest Pavillion KL mall where we did lots of shopping for the hse. We bagged 2 beautiful birdcages from Tangs home sale for our upcoming garden project (insyallah!) at only S$20 each. Pavilion KL is a eating haven. Halal sushi bar, halal Tony Romas. So little time, and so little stomach space :p And Wan's fantasy came true.. Carl's Jr pigging photos coming up!
