Kuala Lumpur Getaway wif GerlFrenz - 23rd Dec '06

Unfortunately we din haf a good start. The coach was freakin' slow & not on schedule, road works along the highway caused massive jams, we were famished and badly needed to pee. Finally reached KL 10 hours later (!!!) & I nearly cried with happiness. Well that was our miseries. For the rest of the passengers.. we were their miseries. Talk abt enduring 4 gerls shrieking, laughter and loud sex talks.




Our 2nd day in KL was THE BEST! We began the morning looking for the dingiest and dirtiest eating places for breakfast coz according to some reliable sources that's where u'll find the syiokiest food! ANd we did. Superb, large and cheap roti canai and THE dingiest no less! Cockroaches at every corner! Wohoo~



The rest of the day was spent eating & shopping. From Bukit Bintang to Berjaya Times Square to KLCC to Berjaya Times Square to Bukit Bintang to..



The highlight of the trip definitely had to be on Xmas nite. We were having dinner outdoors along Bukit Bintang when we saw groups of teenagers running and shouting away. It was then we realised that the Xmas countdown was about to begin. By the time we finished dinner, things started to get heated up. The roads transformed into a sea of screaming teenagers happily spraying passersby, strangers and motorists foams, in the light of Xmas. It felt like Thailand's Water Festival, only that they used foams instead of water.

We, the gluttons, had to cross the street to collect our supper (we ordered supper at Nando's, even before deciding on dinner) and braved ourselves thru the crowd. By the time we reached Nando's, all of us were covered in sticky white foams. It looked as if we had jus stepped out of shower & forgot to rinse off the shampoo on our heads! We decided it was time for revenge. We dropped the food at the hotel and went back into the streets with foam cans and lighted santa caps. Yes, I traded my tudung for the santa caps. Oops! :p

The night turned really chaotic. We had soooo much fun spraying & getting sprayed at strangers (we must haf looked really pathetic coz a group of 10 year-olds were terrorizing us with their spray cans!) My gawd, if only S'pore was THIS fun! There wasn't even any police to control the crowd. It was pure madness!

Our holiday was definitely too short coz it was time to head home the following morning. But we shall be back in KL with a vengeance!!
