OOuuhh, I've been feeling really lousy these days. I was alright on Tuesday. Had lunch and then decided to cheat a lil bit by having a teeny weeny bite of Cadbury. Then everything went wrong from there. I started coughing non stop. Suddenly I developed sore throat. Went to Cheers to get Strepsils but apparently it doesn't work for me. My sore throat became worse and turned into a sharp pain and by the time I met Wan after werk, I was losing my voice.

*sigh* Guess, that was my punishment for tryin' to break my diet :(

On Wed morning, I could barely wake up. I was having cough, phlegm, flu, running nose, fever, etc, etc. Felt like I was just hit by a truck. And to make it worse, the stupid apek doctor din gif me any antibiotics or cough mixture or lozenges. Only by the time I got home, I realised I was given 2 diff pills but each look very much like panadol. Hmmph!

I wanted the fastest way out of my misery and choose to go to the clinic that is empty and charges very cheaply. Hmmm, maybe there's a reason after all why that clinic was empty. Should have stick to my GP. And that stupid apek doctor only gave me one day MC! Obviously with THAT kind of medcine, how could I recover in just one day?

Still, I dragged my sorry ass to work yesterday, fever and all, coz I had to submit the July accounts to the Auditor. I'm feeling much better now except for the disgusting yellow phlegm and coughing.

By the way, I missed the big hoohaa on Monday. I was surprised actually that my mom din take leave just to watch the live telecast. Yes, Siti Nurhaliza's wedding. I have yet to take a peek at her pics so I googled just now and found this..



.. and my first reaction was a silence. Hmmm... can u imagine thruout her 12 years singing career, she gets to wear superb, drop dead gorgeous clothes (I luuurve the beige dress with black lace she wore to AIM this year!), and I'm sure she has her own makeup srtist and hairstylist to doll her pretty face, and this is what she ended up wearing on her wedding????? OMG, what's wif the makeup, the ol' skool crown and the very semak baju, Siti??? Dato' pilih ker?? Haiyoh, if only RH Bridal has a shop in KL, i would gladly recommend it to Dato' :p

Oh, and talking abt Dato' I came across 4 ekor dato' (I assume they were, from their attire annd conversation. yes, i was eavesdropping.heh ) at the Raffles Hospital Banquet, with moustaches and all, gawking and gigling over a Malay girl sitting at the next table. One even got lucky to have a sneek peek down the girl's low-cut blouse. EEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEE!!!!! Dato' keparatsss!!
