The last day of 2004 was spent with my dear bf. It's been more than 2 weeks since we've met,.. really miss him to bits. *blush* We had lunch at Swensens, followed by a trip to Car Mart & then head down east to watch Kung Fu Hustle.
The movie was blardy hilarious! It all started with a feud between the Pig Sty Alley residences and the Axe Gang. The clash unearthed some old-timed Legendary Martial Arts Masters disguised as ordinary ppl in the Alley. But my favourite character has to be this nyonya...
.. who btw, has an uncanny resemblence of my mom (.. minus the cigarette..). She's the landlord of Pig Sty Alley and one of the world's kung fu masters. This shrewd nyonya has similiar superpowers to that of Dash in The Incredibles, where she can run in an amazing speed and her deafening Lion Roar can send windows cracking and humans flying thru walls... Amazing~
