It doesn't rain, it pours.

This week was total madness. Suddenly out of the blue, I received a bday cupcake order and had only a few nites after work to bake from scratch. THEN at the very last minute, my colleague increased the order, which ended me frantically baking & icing till the wee hours. And just as I was about to die & go to hell, my cupcakes played a very evil joke on me:

- my fondant cracked
- my butterfly icing won't stick
- the so called "cupcake holder" won't hold the damn cupcakes
- my nicely frosted cupcakes tumbled and splattered bcoz of the stupid holder
- I panicked big time

*Sigh*

I grit my teeth and had to re-do the icing and invent something that will keep the cupcakes from shifting. But now that everything's done and put nicely in place, I think it's all worth the effort..

And I received good feedbacks AND a repeat order!

OK, but that's it la for now. I dun wanna see, smell or eat another cupcake anytime soon. Enuf is enuf! Hahaha. Eh, I'm serious. I'm gonna at least try to steer away from baking till May coz my CPA exams notification just came in! I haven't even start studying!
